Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Made-to-Measure Nature

Because every WallnDeco mural is precision-printed and cut to your custom room dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled once digital proof approval is received and physical printing has commenced.

2. Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

If your mural arrives damaged in transit or displays an objective manufacturing defect (such as printing banding or panel misalignment), please notify our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs.

3. Free Panel Replacement Guarantee

Upon verification of transit damage or defect, our atelier will immediately reprint and express-dispatch the affected panels free of charge at our expense.

4. Sample & Swatch Orders

Sample swatches are non-returnable but their purchase value can be credited towards your subsequent full wall mural order over ₹20,000.
